Hi! I’m Eric.

I’m the founder of We Help Pastors and a credentialed pastor with over 20 years of experience leading churches from 50 to 5,000 in both urban and rural communities.

I hold a Master’s in Leadership, a certification in Change Management, and I’m a registered GRIP-Birkman coach. I also coach CrossFit at my local gym.

I’ve worn just about every hat in church life, from kids ministry to lead pastor, operations to crisis leadership.

Here’s what I’ve seen: too many pastors are wearing themselves out trying to manage it all.

That’s why I started We Help Pastors. I come alongside leaders like you with the support, systems, and strategic help you need to focus on what matters most: pastoring people.
