3 - How Does A Strategy Session Work?

It’s a free, no-pressure, 30-minute video call where we’ll talk through what’s working at your church, what’s not, where you want to go, and how to get there. We’ll help pinpoint what’s costing you the most time, energy, or momentum, while you get a feel for who we are and how we can help.

After the call, we’ll send over a set of tailored support options to help lighten your load. You choose what fits your church best.

Often times, we’ll schedule a follow-up meeting to clarify the plan. And depending on the scope of support needed, we may host a session with your board to ensure clarity, alignment, and confidence moving forward.

But it all starts with the Strategy Session.

No pressure. No pitch. Just encouragement, support, and a plan to help you spend more time on ministry.

4 - Is This Just For Lead Pastors?

Not at all. While we often work with Lead Pastors, we also support Executive Pastors, associate staff, church boards, and key volunteers.
